Dr. Barlow Smith, L.L.B., M.D. is one of the few attorneys in Texas that is licensed to practice law and medicine in The State of Texas. Barlow Smith uses his knowledge and training in Medicine to assist the law firm of Rush & Gransee in maximizing the recoveries for their personal injury and medical malpractice clients. Barlow Smith is of counsel to the law firm of Rush & Gransee, L.C.

Barlow Smith has been admitted to practice law in MN, NY, D.C., CA, and TX and the associated United States District Courts; as well as the Second and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court.

Barlow Smith has been licensed to practice in medicine in MN, NY, D.C., CA, TX, and WA; currently he has an active medical practice in Texas. Mr. Barlow Smith is Certified in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology; and Certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology; he has also completed a Fellowship in Neuropathology with training and experience in molecular pathology.
